HOW TO BOOK A SESSION and WHAT TO EXPECT

2. Select a time
Use the scheduler to find a day and time that feels good for you.
3. Confirm your booking
Enter your details (virtual /in-person) and you’ll get an email with everything you need.
4. Show up as you are
...and leave feeling better than before.
Sessions often fill 1-2 weeks in advance.
After booking, you’ll receive an instant confirmation and a virtual session link automatically.
