What do I ask in a tarot reading?

A professional reader offers you an outside perspective -- but also helps you address questions and insights that you may not have thought of yet! Tarot is the product of 500 years of collective wisdom, and within the cards you'll find answers -- but also a pathway to your own intuition. 

Please note, tarot is NOT fortune-telling. It uses archetypal images to help reveal truths from your unconscious mind, showing you new options and perspectives. Tarot also isn’t about predicting exact events. It’s more like a mirror, reflecting what’s happening internally and offering guidance on possible paths forward.

The best part of tarot is there is literally zero judgement -- there are no bad questions! I typically avoid any questions in regards to health (those are better left to medical professionals) but anything else is fair game.  You can ask about love, career paths, family conflict, your home, or any other burning questions you may have.

• What obstacles do I need to overcome as it relates to X (a relationship, a job, etc.)
• What's the best step for me to take in the month ahead?
• What do I need to know about X situation?
• What outcome is most likely with Option A? or with Option B?
• What information may I have missed about this situation?
• What is my career calling? How do I move closer to this calling?
• What can I do to create the life I desire?
• What is the energy surrounding this situation?
• What do I need more of/less of in my life?
• What might I experience if I take this job?
• What can I do to manifest my dream career?
• What do I need to do to get through this tough time?

Please know that I consider each reading to be a sacred, special experience. With that in mind, I would ask that you enter into the reading with a similar mindset, that the reading is not for entertainment purposes but rather to gain deeper wisdom from your higher self. Recording via phone or video is allowed but should be used expressly for personal development. 

Also, the information given in a reading is for your highest good, not for anyone else's. If you choose to record and share a session, this is entirely your choice.  Please know it is not in yours, or my, highest good for me to censor a reading based on who you may share the recording with (or who may attend the session with you) as the information that comes through is unfiltered, unbiased, and truthful. Please know this before entering into a session and choose those you share this information with carefully.

Absolutely! I am happy to do your reading with a friend present. However, readings can be very personal, so bring a friend that you trust with holding space for you. I also conduct individual readings for two friends that come together, but please note that my studio is a single, private room. If you come together and want your reading to be private -- you are more than welcome to grab a cup of coffee while I am reading for your friend and come back when its time for your reading. 

No, I am not. While every so often I do receive messages for people in their reading that are connected to have loved ones that have crossed over, I am not a trained medium.

I will pull as many cards as needed to obtain the clarity you are seeking. Sometimes it's quite a few, other times it is 4 or 5 cards. I use a combination of tarot cards and various oracle card decks that have been purchased or gifted to me by loved ones. I'm happy to give you the names of any decks I use so you can build your own intuitive gifts!
